Jeff Gutt was born in Marine City, Michigan, to parents Greg Gutt and Adele Albert on May 2, 1976. The singer’s family lives in St. Clair County. He attended Algonac and Marine City schools. In 1994, the songwriter graduated from Marine City High School. During his school years, he is a member of the band Interfaith. Matt Brooks, Jeff Sankuer, and Patrick Sankuer formed the band.
