Jamie Lee Curtis was born in the American city of Santa Monica, California. Her parents were stars, Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh. After her parents divorced in 1962, her mother remarried Robert Brandt. She has many siblings from her father’s prior marriages.
Curtis received her schooling at Westlake School and later at Beverly Hills High School. In 1976, she enrolled in the University of the Pacific in California but left after a month to pursue her acting career.
