Jamie Benn began his professional sports career with the “Kelowna Rockets” at the junior level. He was a mid-fielder who scored more than 60 points in his first season of 2007-08. Benn evolved into a solid player, with more assists than goals and a knack for setting up his teammates for key points. He won the 2009 Memorial Cup in Quebec while playing with this team.
