Tom Selleck, the actor of Magnum P.I., recently said that his marriage to wife Jillie Mack has gotten more rewarding over the years. Selleck said in an interview with Closer magazine,
“I don’t believe any relationship’s infatuation stage lasts forever, but it may develop into something. It simply gets better and better. You transform into actual partners.”
The 77-year-old actor married his wife in 1987, and they welcomed their daughter Hannah two years later. In an interview with PEOPLE in 2012, Selleck recalled taking a break from his hectic Hollywood schedule to spend time with his family.
“I stopped Magnum to have a family,” Selleck told the tabloid.
