Paige DeSorbo, the actress of Bravo’s Winter House, recently claimed in the E! News series Down in the DMs that she had spoken to her boyfriend Craig Conover long before the pair met in Summer House Season 4. Craig had DMed Paige DeSorbo about a painting of her done by someone else. Speaking on the message, Paige remarked,
“Craig actually DMed me off of a painting of myself that I shared, and he said, “Wow, this is very great,” to which I replied, “LOL, I know, right?”
She said that they had not messaged one other in two years and added,
“So, I’m not sure whether I nailed it with that reaction, or if it was terrible.” Paige also said that Craig and her preferred form of social media contact was sharing “memes and videos back and forth.”
Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover’s relationship
Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover met for the first time in the summer of 2019 while filming Bravo’s Summer House Season 4 after conversing on Instagram. Craig made an appearance in an episode of Southern Charm to attend Kyle Cooke’s summer party.
It wasn’t until February 2021 that the pair got to know each other as co-stars on Winter House Season 1. Paige DeSorbo flirted aggressively with Andrea Denver throughout the show’s production, which lasted 17 days. Conover was already involved with Hegnauer at the time. Paige DeSorbo traveled to Craig’s hometown of Charleston with her pals after shooting the episode. Fans assumed at the time that she had gone to see Craig, but she disputed it in April 2021 on the podcast Not Skinny But Not Fat, stating,
“Craig and I are absolutely not dating. Craig and I had known one other for a long time. We’ve always got along well. We’ve always been close. We have really similar personalities. We are not sexually involved, but we are extremely close friends.”
Paige DeSorbo subsequently admitted to ET Online in an interview that she and Conover had their first kiss on the trip and had stepped a little bit out of the friend zone. She said,
“On that vacation, I discovered Craig was unmarried – and we were nothing but friends – and then on the final night, he kissed me. “It’s weird that you haven’t kissed me yet,” I remarked, and he said, “I didn’t know where we were at that time.”
Paige DeSorbo began shooting Summer House Season 6 in June 2021, and many anticipated that Craig will appear on the program. The couple attended the FedExCup Playoffs on the PGA Tour in August 2021 but did not expose their dating status to anybody. In September 2021, they will also attend Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula’s wedding.

Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover’s engagement
Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover announced their engagement in October 2021. Craig explained at the time,
“We’d had a crush on one other since I traveled to the Hamptons for Kyle’s birthday party three years ago. We have a thing for each other.”
He said that their connection began as a friendship. Paige said on the Call Her Daddy podcast a month after the announcement that she was unhappy with those who felt their relationship was a “PR hoax.” In the same month, the pair told Daily Pop that they would be spending the holidays with each other’s families. Paige spent Thanksgiving with Craig’s family in Delaware, while Conover spent it with his girlfriend’s family.
In December 2021, DeSorbo made her relationship with Conover on the Instagram official by uploading a picture of the two together at a Christmas celebration. Throughout Season 6 of Summer House, audiences saw Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover’s romance develop at a time when they had not even identified their relationship. During the filming, Hubbard informed Paige that Conover was having an affair with Kristin Cavallari. Both subsequently disputed the charges.
Paige also sent flowers to Conover in March 2022, when he published his book Pillow Talk: What’s Wrong with My Sewing? Craig told Bravo in an interview that Paige will spend the summer with him in Charleston after being in a long-distance relationship for so long.
