How Rich Is James Tupper? Net Worth, Career, Salary

James Tupper

James Tupper has asserted that Anne Heche delegated jurisdiction over her inheritance to him rather than her eldest son, Homer Laffoon. According to the court papers obtained by Page Six, Heche sent a copy of her will to Tupper and two other persons in January 2011. Tupper claims that Heche appointed him as executor of her will so that he could fulfill her financial objectives. Heche said in her will:

“My desires are that all of my assets be transferred to Mr. James Tupper’s management and utilized to nurture my children before being delivered to the children.”

Tupper further argued that Laffoon would be unable to manage his mother’s inheritance since he is just 20 years old, jobless, and estranged from Heche at the time of her death. According to the complaint, Laffoon changed the locks on his mother’s apartment, where she used to live with Atlas, and his younger brother was unable to access the contents. Atlas and Laffoon have not spoken with each other since Heche’s death, according to James. Meanwhile, neither Laffoon nor Tupper’s representatives have reacted.
