How Rich Is Anne Heche? Net Worth, Salary, Career

Anne Heche

After a catastrophic vehicle collision in Los Angeles, Anne Heche was recently hospitalized and confined to the critical care unit. The actress was allegedly observed driving her blue Mini Cooper before crashing it into the garage of an apartment complex on Friday. Shortly after, she fled the scene at great speed and slammed into another private property, engulfing the automobile in flames. According to CNN, it took firemen more than an hour to “access, restrict, and ultimately extinguish the tenacious flames inside the extensively damaged house.”

Anne Heche sustained serious burns and was brought to a nearby hospital in critical condition, but no one else was hurt. After Heche crashed into the complex, a neighbor called David Manpearl told the Daily Mail that he assisted the owners and their pet in escaping.

He then turned to assist Heche, but was forced to flee as flames totally consumed her vehicle:

“I tried talking to her a few times, asking if she was okay, but she didn’t react, so I had to move closer.” I was able to open the car’s rear door and climb halfway inside. When I asked her whether she was okay this time, she responded no.”

Manpearl said that he was first persuaded that Heche died as a result of the fire since she was entirely “burned up”:

“I was certain the driver had died. That she had blown up. It took the fire brigade at least 30 minutes to extinguish the flames, retrieve the vehicle, and take her out.”

“My thoughts and prayers are with Anne, one of her generation’s real geniuses.” Thank goodness no one else was injured.”

Another source close to the actress told CNN that Hache is in the intensive care unit and is “fortunate to be alive.” According to the source, she has “serious burns and a lengthy rehabilitation ahead,” but she is now in stable condition.
