According to a court clerk for the Northern District of Georgia, the couple’s accountant, Peter Tatantino, was also convicted of a number of related counts, including aiding and abetting the filing of fake tax forms. A sentencing date has yet to be set. They might, however, face up to 30 years in jail, according to reports. The Chrisley Knows Best cast members are now free on bail.
