Heather and Terry Dubrow, RHOC (The Real Housewives of Orange County) couple with a combined net worth of $100 million, have apparently sold their landmark property, “Dubrow Chateau,” for a stunning $55 million. According to ET, the sale of their 22,000 square-foot Newport Beach house is the year’s largest transaction in Orange County, California, and the third costliest sale in Orange County history.

Heather and Terry Dubrow, RHOC pair, allegedly sold the property to an unknown bidder with the aid of Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles powerhouse broker Josh Altman, which was surprising given that the house was not for sale. Heather revealed to ET about the sale:
“With two kids in college, we’ve been considering our next step.” We just purchased a wonderful penthouse in Los Angeles, and sometimes the world points you on the proper path. “Change is thrilling!”
The couple moved into their previous home six years ago after filming the makeover for Bravo. Their home had, among other things, a 20-seat movie theater, a magnificent infinity pool facing a mountainous background, 14 bathrooms, a BBQ Pavillion, a garden with a Gong, and a champagne room.
Heather revealed more about her move intentions at BravoCon. She stated:
“I’m at a crossroads in my family’s existence, with two kids going to college and a third not long after — and then a fourth not far beyond that.” Terry and I have been talking a lot about what’s going to happen next with us.”
Adding:
“What I’d say is that, similar to when you first get married and you’re having those talks about where you’re going to go, what you’re going to do with your life, we’re experiencing the second moment of that.” ‘Oh my gosh, they’re nearly gone,’ I thought. What are we going to do? ‘Where are we going?’ So we purchased this flat as a type of pied-à-terre in B-H to figure out where we’re heading next.”
Concerning the RHOC couple’s new Los Angeles residence
Heather El Moussa, Selling Sunset’s agent, assisted the RHOC couple in purchasing their new home, a Century City apartment, in October 2022. They allegedly paid $14 million for the penthouse after searching for a pied-à-terre in the city for six months. According to Mansion Global, when asked about her new acquisition, Bravo actress Heather said:
“This was a time for us to figure out what neighborhood we wanted to live in and which building we liked.” I practically saw every building in every neighborhood in Los Angeles. I walked inside this edifice and was really taken aback.”
