Alexis Haines (Neiers), the daughter of acclaimed filmmaker and director Mikel Neiers, is a former member of the Hollywood burglary team, Bling Ring. From 2008 to 2009, the squad of seven individuals in their teens and twenties attacked A-list celebrity houses, including that of Paris Hilton and Orlando Bloom, taking cash, valuables, jewelry, and designer items worth millions.
The former Pretty Wild reality TV actress, who is now a mother-of-two and Evan Haines’ ex-wife, has a history of drug misuse but has now turned her life around to become the mother she has always wanted to be. Alexis’ newest escapade will lead her to Netflix, where she will freely confess her role in a decade-old Hollywood theft. The Real Bling Ring: Hollywood Heist, a three-part docuseries, will premiere on Netflix on Wednesday, September 21, and will include firsthand stories from two Bling Ring members, Haines and Nick Prugo, as well as purported victims of these burglaries.

1) Alexis Haines was arrested twice in 2010
Alexis Neiers (then) was arrested for the first time in 2010 for her role in the Bling Ring crimes. She ultimately agreed to file a ‘not guilty plea. In May of the same year, she was sentenced to 180 days in jail but was freed after 30 days. She was also sentenced to three years of probation and ordered to pay actor and victim Orlando Bloom $600,000 in restitution. Because she had forgotten to contact her probation officer, the Pretty Wild actress was arrested for drug possession again six months after her release in 2010.
Alexis was also caught in possession of a forged Florida driver’s license and was sentenced to a year in a residential rehabilitation center after pleading not guilty to the charges.
2) Haines wrote a book on her previous hardships.
Alexis Haines wrote her book, ‘Recovering from Reality,’ in 2019, in which she describes the moment she reached rock bottom and the following rehabilitation she took to overcome it, describing her background with the Bling Ring and her experience as a drug addict. Alexis talked to Fox News about her troubled childhood, her background as a heroin addict and the need for it every day, and how prison eventually saved her life:
“I felt as though I had awoken to our reality. I looked around at the environment we live in and the current opioid overdose figures and wondered, ‘Why are we coping with all of this pain?’ ‘Why are so many people willing to go?'”
She went on to say:
“When I became sober, I made the decision to remain out of the limelight from then on. I was 19 years old at the time. I sought help for my opioid addiction. But I had this opportunity. Hopefully, this will spark a wave of people waking up and recognizing there is a way out. It’s much more than just a memoir. That’s what started inspiring me.”

3) Alexis Haines gave birth to her first child at the age of 21.
Alexis Haines talked to E! News about the “beautiful and painful” delivery of her first daughter, Harper, when she was 21 years old, after an emergency C-section on April 24, 2013. She said that, although it was not what she had anticipated, she was glad to have a healthy baby girl in her arms.
According to Alexis Haines:
“It was the most deeply beautiful and horrific event I’d ever had. My water broke at 4:30 a.m., when I was 37 weeks and six days pregnant.”
Haines continued,
“I had always intended to have a water birth at home, and that is exactly what I did, right up to the last minute. I had made it through the whole 12-hour labor without drugs and had been pushing for over an hour when my midwife checked me and gently advised me that the baby was breech and that we needed to go to the hospital right away.”
4) In 2021, Alexis Haines was dating Braunwyn Windham’s ex-girlfriend, Burke’s Kris.
In 2021, the former reality TV star said that she and her husband Evan Haines had an open marriage and that she was seeing RHOC’s former star Braunwyn Windham-ex-girlfriend, Burke’s Kris. In addition, she has said on several occasions that her spouse was “OK” with her sexuality and preferences at the time. She also said that her girls “have always understood that I identify as bisexual.”

Alexis and her now ex-husband, Evan, recently announced their divorce after eleven years of marriage. She informed all of her Instagram followers with an official post. The 31-year-old mother says they divorced in order to offer a stable home for their two girls, Harper and Dakota. Before the papers were filed, she told exclusively to Us Weekly:
