In the German city of Fürth, which is located in the Bavarian area, Kissinger was born on May 27, 1923. His mother, Paula, who comes from an affluent family, was a homemaker, and his father, Louis Kissinger, worked as a teacher. He was quiet and always loved reading as a child. Since his early years, he has enjoyed studying the Bible. He detested fighting and frequently sobbed for the fallen soldiers. Devoted to soccer, the Nazi youngsters, a nearby gang, often mistreated Henry. He excelled in school and attended the local Jewish school.
