Heather Rae El Moussa and Tarek El Moussa of Selling Sunset are expecting their first child. The expecting mother just announced her pregnancy on social media. She posted five images on her Instagram account, including one of her cradling her baby bump and Tarek kissing the bump. The photos were all shot on a beach, and one of them shows the reality TV stars having fun with Tarek’s children (Taylor and Brayden) from his previous marriage. The kid is expected in early 2023, according to the caption. Heather revealed to People about her pregnancy:
“It was a great surprise. We just were not anticipating this. We had recently finished IVF. We had embryos frozen. We had a strategy.”
The 34-year-old went on to say that she was overjoyed with her pregnancy.

Heather discusses Tarek’s reaction to her physique changes.
Heather discussed how her body is changing, which is a new experience for her. Tarek, her husband, is supportive of the adjustments.
She stated:
“My body is changing, and I’m clearly not accustomed to it.” I can see myself nude now, and I can see my tummy and other parts of my body growing. I can’t wear bras anymore, and I can’t button my pants. I’ve outgrown a lot of my clothing, and it’s a difficult transition.
The star of Selling Sunset went on to say:
“I went from being really little to simply see my body transform and getting accustomed to it.” And he’s [Tarek] always so upbeat, telling me how lovely I am and how great my physique is. He’s been so upbeat and makes me feel so lovely and unique.”
Heather also claimed that her friends were extremely encouraging, telling her to enjoy the time and that she couldn’t control her bodily changes. Her Instagram post was also flooded with congratulations from her Selling Sunset co-stars. Chrishell Stause, Maya Vander, and Chelsea Lazkani from the Netflix program, as well as RHOC castmates Heather Dubrow and Tamra Judge, reacted to the post.

Heather and Tarek began dating in 2019 and planned to marry in 2020. Finally, on October 23, 2021, the pair married in Montecito, California. Their wedding was featured in the most recent season of Selling Sunset. While this is Heather’s first marriage and pregnancy, HGTV star Tarek has been married and has two children. For nine years, the real estate mogul was married to his Flip or Flop co-star Christina Haack. They have two children, Taylor, 11, and Brayden, six.
Heather, too, has a tight relationship with her stepchildren and is often seen sharing photos with them. The Selling Sunset actress posted a family shot with her children with her pregnancy announcement. The Selling Sunset actress stated her bond with the children and her plans for her own with Tarek:
“When we initially began dating three years ago, we had no intention of having children together.” I like being Taylor and Brayden’s extra mom. They’re such wonderful kids, and I adore them.”
She went on:
“However, when your love deepens and you fall more in love with someone and you construct this life together, I began to see myself having a kid with Tarek.” “I began thinking I simply wanted to make something with the guy I love.”
Heather will appear in the forthcoming season of Selling Sunset. While her wedding was one of the highlights of Season 5, her pregnancy might play a key role in Season 6.
