Bashir Ahmad Bilour’s son Haroon. Bashir Ahmad served as Khyber-Senior Pakhtunkhwa’s Minister for Local Government and Rural Development. Haroon followed his father into politics and ran for PK-78.
Usman Bashir Bilour is his brother. 2002 and 2008, he ran for assembly. His uncle is a Pakistani politician. Bilour was nominated in 2007 for the murder of two members of an opponent household. In 1997, Ghulam Ahmad’s only son was shot and killed during a National Assembly by-election.

Unfortunately, on the late-night of 10th July 2018, Haroon arrived in Peshawar’s Yakatoot area, where ANP workers were holding a corner meeting. Additionally, a loud explosion occurred shortly after his vehicle arrived. Haroon initially suffered multiple injuries and was rushed to the hospital, succumbing to his wounds.
Regrettably, he died, and Tahrik-i-Taliban Pakistan later claimed responsibility for this attack. Additionally, many people from various walks of life came to bid him farewell. Similarly, over 30,000 people attended the funeral. Similarly, over 500 police officers assisted with funeral security.
