Fleur Cates (now Harlan) is the ex-wife of Benjamin Netanyahu, an American philanthropist. Benjamin Cates, Fleur Cates’ ex-husband, is an Israeli politician who served as Israel’s ninth Prime Minister from 1996 to 1999 and again from 2009 to 2021.
