He said that he drank a lot, got in a lot of trouble, and that wrestling was the last thing on his mind. He attempted to improve but failed, and he was eventually evicted from his residence. To cut a long story short, he met his wife while looking for a new apartment. That’s when Bugenhagen’s life took a turn for the worst. He ended up falling in love with her and admitting that she helped him get his life back on track. He then offered his suggestions.
Bugenhagen and His Wife Faced Difficulties
In the same video, the powerlifter discussed the difficulties he and his wife faced. Bugenhagen has gone through a lot with his wife. He said they had been impoverished for many years and depended on his parents for food while living with his wife’s mother. He went on to say that if he hadn’t had his wife at his side while he was suffering, he would have been even more self-destructive and poisonous. But now he’s delighted he stayed by his wife’s side all these years.
