After a sabbatical, Criss Angel’s Magic with the Stars will see the magician return to television screens. Only the top scorers will return for the finale, which will include two celebrities every week. The program will center on Angel, who will assist celebrities in learning and mastering famous acts so that they may fight for the Golden Wand in the finale. Eddie Griffin, a comedian, will join Angel as host for his forthcoming program.
According to the show’s description:
“The celebrity participants must master three main genres of magic and execute them in front of a panel of judges led by magician Criss Angel. Only the celebrities with the best scores are invited back to the finale when they battle for the golden wand.”
Criss Angel’s Magic with the Stars will debut on The CW on Saturday, October 22, at 8 p.m. ET.

Criss Angel’s Magic with the Stars presenter is widely regarded as one of the greatest comics of all time. In his comedy acts, he is well-known for discussing vital topics like African-American culture, politics, and sexuality. In high school, the comedian, actress, and dancer were chosen Class Clown three years in a row. Griffin, at 16, founded his own dance business in Kansas before traveling to Compton to live with his cousins. He joined the US Navy soon after coming home but was dismissed months later owing to drug addiction problems.
The Malcolm and Eddie star started his comedy career in 1989 and his acting career with Brain Donors and Coneheads in the early 1990s. Following that, he went on to appear in films and television programs such as Double Take, The New Guy, Pinnochio, The Boondocks, Woke, and many more. His comedic and acting talents have both contributed considerably to his $4 million net worth.
At the age of 16, Criss Angel’s Magic with the Stars host married for the first time and had a daughter from that marriage. In 2002, he married his second wife, Rochelle, and in 2011, he married Nia Rivers. Griffin married Ko Lee Griffin for the fourth time in 2017. In 2020, the couple became parents to a boy.

Magic with the Stars by Criss Angel will be separated into 10 one-hour programs. Each episode will include two celebrities learning and performing three various forms of magic in front of a panel of judges that includes Criss Angel, Loni Love, and magician Lance Burton.
Brec Bassinger, Michael Ian Black, Corbin Bleu, Ginuwine, Miles Brown, Matt Walsh, and Frankie Muniz are among the celebrities slated to participate in Criss Angel’s Magic with the Stars. In addition to the aforementioned stars, the show will include Cynthia Bailey, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Flavor Flav, Debbie Gibson, Ginuwine, Omarion, Donny Osmond, Jeff Timmons, Randy Couture, Frank Mir, Vernon Davis, Lolo Jones, and Olympic figure skaters Johnny Weir and Tara Lipinski.
