Nick Frost, the jovial Shaun of the Dead comedic actor, is the father of three children. His eldest child, Mac, was born in 2011 with his ex-wife, Christina Frost. After seven years of marriage, the couple divorced in 2015. He and Christina share custody of Mac. The couple separated two years prior to their divorce, as cracks in their marriage began to show. Christina is a television producer with half-Swedish ancestry. Despite their divergent paths, the couple has been co-parenting their only child happily. Frost has no regrets about ending his relationship with Christina. On the Janice Forsyth Show podcast, he even refers to it as “literally the best thing they’ve ever done.”
He also stated that, ironically, they were “closer than ever” following their divorce. “It’s strange that it took separation and divorce for Chris and me to reconcile,” Frost added.

He asserts that he and his partner have developed a relationship with Christina that ensures the happiness of all the children. Frost told the Guardian, “I believe that when Chris and I divorced, we knew people who didn’t get along, and you see what that does to their children.” Years after their divorce, the ex-husband and ex-wife are co-parenting their child successfully.
