Desiree Gruber joined EMI Records’ A&R section in 1981 and later worked as a general assistant at the New Music Seminar in 1990. She began her career as an associate spokeswoman at Rogers & Cowan before being elevated to head of entertainment and vice president in 1997. Desiree has worked for U2’s PopMart Tour as well as Miramax Film, where she has produced Victoria’s Secret Fashion for the past 20 years. In 1999, she departed Rogers & Cowan to launch her own business, Full Picture. She co-created the reality TV show Project Runway with Heidi Klum and Jane Cha.
