David Otunga Biography

David Otunga was conceived on April 7, 1980. In the United States, Elgin, Illinois is where he was born. Moses and Billie are David’s parents, respectively. While Billie was part American and half European, Moses was from Kenya. Together with his two older siblings, he was raised.

He graduated in 1998 from Larkin High School, where he had attended. Later, he enrolled in the University of Illinois to earn a psychology bachelor’s degree. David left Illinois for New York City after graduating from college. While living in New York, Otunga began working as the lab manager for Columbia University’s Cognitive Neuroscience Center. Afterward, he enrolled in Harvard Law School for a bachelor’s in law.

After performing exceptionally well on the Illinois bar exam, he earned his law degree. He joined Sidley Austin, one of the most renowned and outstanding legal firms in America, after graduation. Between May 2005 until October 2007, he worked there.
