Dave Dahl was born on January 12, 1963, in the United States of America, in Portland, Oregon. When he was nine years old, he started working at the family bakery. His father, James A. Dahl, founded the family bakery in 1955. He used to fight with his father as a child because he disliked working in the family bakery. As a result, he began smoking cigarettes and using drugs in his teens. In 1980, he dropped out of high school. Glenn is his brother’s name.
