Career

Cutter had the opportunity to make his Major League Baseball debut at a young age. However, he has only appeared for Minor League teams. As a result, he has played for a variety of teams over the course of his career, including the Potomac Nations, Hagerstown Suns, and others. On May 16, 2009, he was drafted by the Helena Brewers. In 2010, he was drafted by the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers from the Helena Brewers.

Unfortunately, he was placed on the seven-day disabled list in August of 2010 due to an injury. He was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in 2011, but he was re-signed by the Potomac Nationals when the Milwaukee Brewers drafted Nyjer Morgan by the Washington Nationals.

He was released by the National Class AAA club on June 14, 2016. Despite being a fantastic player, he has yet to make his Major League Baseball debut. In 2012, he was placed on the disabled list by the Hagerstown Suns due to an injury. In 2013, he was assigned to the Potomac Nationals. He was unable to play due to a disabled list placement, but he was activated from the temporarily dormant list by the Potomac Nationals later in September 2013. He declared himself a free agent in November of 2015. In December of 2015, he signed a Minor League contract with the Washington Nationals as a free agent. He was placed on a seven-day disabled list in 2016, which lasted until May 21, 2016.
