Thomas Ian Nicholas and his wife Colette Marino are divorcing. On Thursday, the latter filed for divorce. According to court filings, Thomas and Colette have been separated since September 3, 2019, due to irreconcilable disagreements. Nicholas’ representative has yet to respond. Marino has also claimed shared legal and physical custody of their children, with the goal of preventing the court from granting support to any one parent. She also wants the court to enforce their prenuptial agreement.

Colette Marino, popularly known as DJ Colette, is a singer and DJ. She is presently the permanent DJ at Chicago’s SmartBar. Marino started DJing in the early 1990s and was a founding member of the all-female DJ collective SuperJane in 1997. DJ Heather, DJ Dayhota, and Lady D were all part of the ensemble. In 2003, Colette was picked to promote Motorola phones with Paul Van Dyk and Felix da Housecat. Her commercial tune won Dancestar’s Best Song Used in a Commercial for Motorola.

“Nolan insisted on naming his young sister Princess Leia. Despite the fact that we are all huge Star Wars fans, we opted to name her Zoe Dylan. Nolan consented on the condition that she become a Jedi.”
