The Carolina Panthers picked him with the eighth overall choice in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft. Christian made his NFL debut against the 49ers in the Panthers’ season opener, tallying 47 running yards and 38 receiving yards in a 23-3 win. He scored his first career touchdown on a 6-yard shovel throw against the Lions in Week 5.
