Alex vs. America returns for a new season on Food Network. The next episode will be released on Sunday, April 16, 2023. Season 3’s theme is on defeating Alex Guarnaschelli in the kitchen, which will be explained in depth to fans once again. The program will have chefs fighting against one another as well as Alex Guarnaschelli. The program will be hosted by Eric Adjepong. Adjepong, in addition to being a public health nutritionist, has been on reality television series such as Bravo’s Top Chef and Top Chef All-Stars.

Eric Adjepong, the presenter of Alex vs. America, is enthusiastic about exposing West African food to a wide range of consumers.
Eric Adjepong was born and reared in New York City, making him the family’s first-generation Ghanaian American. His parents noticed his love of cooking as a kid and encouraged him throughout his career. According to his LinkedIn page, Eric Adjepong has worked for a range of companies from the beginning of his career. Eric Adjepong was nurtured in West African food as a youngster and has a love for sharing it with others. He earned a degree in culinary arts and nutrition from Johnson & Wales University. Adjepong also received a master’s degree in public health in international public health nutrition from the University of Westminster (Washington, D.C.).
He has also worked in numerous top-rated New York kitchens. He began his career as a Community Food Coordinator at the Hunger Action Network of New York State but soon changed course to become the Chef and Nutrition Coordinator at Harlem Children’s Zone. Eric Adjepong is now employed as an Executive Chef at Chef Adjepong LLC. In addition, he will feature on Outchef’d (2022), The Great Soul Food Cook-Off (2021), and Tournament of Champions (2020).
Alex Guarnaschelli is delighted to deliver the third season of Alex vs. America, which will be hosted by Eric Adjepong.
Many candidates will display their journey and expertise as Guarnaschelli prepares to compete against many great cooks. According to the press announcement for the forthcoming season of Alex vs. America: The Revolution,
“In Alex vs. America, acclaimed chef and Food Network staple Alex Guarnaschelli competes against three culinary superstars at the same time over two rounds.”
It went on to say:
“The competitors come from all over the country, but they all share a mastery of a culinary genre that they have spent endless hours perfecting in their own kitchens and that will be put to the test in order to take down Alex.”
Alex Guarnaschelli recently described this season as “one of her dreams come true.” She expressed her excitement about bringing the third season of Alex vs. America to the Food Network alongside Eric Adjepong.
“I am so excited to take audiences along on this journey as I give my blood, sweat, and tears — literally! — into every culinary battle, as a group of chefs showcases their skills to try and beat me.”
The themes for the forthcoming season are ‘Southern Comfort,’ ‘James Beard Winners,’ ‘Hawaii,’ ‘Pastry,’ ‘Chicken,’ and ‘Salmon.’
