Renee Rapp and Charlie Puth’s dating rumors do not look to be going away anytime soon. The rumors of their leaving initially arose on Deux Moi in mid-April 2022. There has been a lot of follow-up speculation and fan responses to the two since then. Deux Moi announced their partnership again on May 9, however they have yet to present evidence to back up their claims.
Rumors of Renee Rapp and Charlie Puth’s Relationship
Deux Moi got a query concerning Rapp and Puth being photographed at a meal together on April 21 and 22, 2022. The anonymous enquiry was posted on the website in the hopes of getting some confirmation on the date. “On Twitter, I saw Charlie Puth and Renee Rapp having dinner together,” the inquiry said. “Could someone please confirm? Dating?”
Deux Moi first responded with “I’m not sure but here for it if true,” while putting the anonymous query on their stories. The apparent confirmation came the following day from another anonymous source. “Can confirm Renee Rapp and Charlie Puth are dating,” said the text, which was placed on their stories on April 22. These two tales sparked a Twitter frenzy. People began to inquire about their future connection and whether or not anything was real.
On April 21, one Twitter user commented, “NO NO NO someone heard reneé Rapp and charlie puth are dating PLEASE tell me it’s not real.” On the same day, another user remarked, “reneé Rapp and charlie puth… ugh my night is destroyed now.”
How the Rumors Persisted
Even days after, reports about Rapp possibly dating Puth circulated on Twitter. In late April 2022, Puth added more fuel to the flames. On April 28, a Twitter user called Emily shared a couple of images from Rapp’s Instagram live broadcast with Chris Olsen. They said that Puth had joined them live, with screenshots as evidence. Puth just typed “gr” in the comments and that was the end of his involvement. However, this fueled their relationship speculations. Then, on May 9, Deux Moi posted a “tell me everything” Instagram story, inviting viewers to ask their queries or give them with celebrity news. Someone brought up Renee and Puth’s link once again.
“Renee and Charlie Puth Are They Dating? “I still don’t believe it,” they wrote, to which Deux Moi answered, “It’s real.”
They also included a snapshot from a Google search for casual sex. They may have been hinting that things between Rapp and Puth are merely casual and that they are having fun. Despite this, fans do not believe their connection is legitimate. The key reason for this is her revelation about her infatuation, which occurred only days before the first Deux Moi article was published. In response to one of the above-mentioned tweets, one person said that Renee had recently discussed her crush, who was a straight female.

The user wrote, “she was on live like two days ago talking about her current obsession on a straight female.” “They’re probably just friends via music or whatever.” According to Broadway Buzz in March 2020, Rapp was previously dating Broadway actor Antonio Cipriano, but there have been no current updates on their relationship. While all of this is going on, supporters are making jokes about Puth’s single status. On Twitter, someone made a joke about his not having a girlfriend right now.
“Charlie Puth and his gf on a date together,” said the tweet, which included two photos: one of Puth seated in a restaurant with his phone in his hand, and the other was a cropped-in image of his hand with the phone in it, which was allegedly his girlfriend. So, was it his hand or his phone that was his girlfriend? There are no incorrect responses.
