Brian Deegan joined Team Moto XXX as a pro supercross rider at the age of 17. Deegan won the 125cc main event in 1997 and ghost rode his bike across the finish line at the Los Angeles Coliseum. At the Winter X Games, he smashed his femur and both wrists while attempting a twisting backflip 360 over a 100-foot snow double. After 6 months, he returned to finish fourth at the Summer X Games.
In 2009, he competed in the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series Unlimited Lites division, winning the championship over more experienced drivers. He competed in the Rally Car Racing event at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum during the 2010 X Games.
