Novak, a Zane Trace High School alumnus, began competitive bowling at the age of 17 and won the high school state team championship with Zane Trace in 2006. Novak took up the PBA Central Region Rookie of the Year award in 2012.
During his conversation, Brandon noted that in his spare time, he assists the local high school bowler when required. He said, “I try to assist some of the younger local bowlers whenever possible. I’ve volunteered with Zane Trace, Unioto, and Chillicothe high school teams as recently as this year.”
