On Tuesday, a Tulsa County detective testified that Miller provided the pistol used by a former teammate in a tragic shooting last month. Branden Culpepper of the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit said Brandon delivered the pistol to his colleague Darius Miles, who used it to murder Jamea Jonae Harris, 23, in January. A police investigator testified on Tuesday, February 21st, that Miller was at the scene of a deadly gunshot. Miles and his companion Michael Davis were charged with murder and arrested as a result. Davis is also facing the death sentence for the murder of Harris.
