Cha Eun-woo, the globally adored heartthrob of ASTRO, has topped the most recent edition of the Brand Reputation Index for individual members of K-Pop boy bands. The Korea Business Research Institute revealed the February edition of the index, which monitors and rates the popularity of male K-Pop celebrities during a four-week period, on February 19, 2023.
The Korean Business Research Institute publishes monthly brand reputation rankings for male and female K-pop groups, individual idols, K-pop soloists, variety stars, and general variety shows. From January 18 to February 18, 2023, the Korean Business Research Institute examined 117,196,162 brand big data points of 703 K-pop boy group members to identify the most popular K-pop boy group members for the month of February.
The big data of K-Pop boy band members has increased by 2.69 percent since January when it totaled 114,130,418 records. These rankings are based on an examination of the criteria of consumer engagement, media coverage, communication, and community awareness.
BTS’ Jimin and EXO’s Baekhyung are joined at the top of the February Boy Group Member Brand Reputation Index by ASTRO’s Cha Eun-woo.
ASTRO’s brilliant singer Cha Eun-woo soared above other K-Pop stars. My ID’s star, Gangnam Beauty, has a fantastic brand reputation score of 6,171,832. After beginning the year with a score of 51596515.52, the artist’s popularity increased by 9.36% in February.
“Island, Dior, and photo exhibition” were the top three keywords for Cha Eun-woo in the keyword survey. “appear,” “release,” and “hold” were the most important linked terms in Eun-link woo’s analysis. Additionally, according to a positivity-negativity analysis, the idol/actor had an 83.50 percent positive rating.
Following ASTRO’s Cha Eun-woo was one of the world’s top K-Pop artists, BTS’ Jimin. Jimin’s brand reputation index was 6,121,650. Although being dethroned as one of the most popular musicians in the latest edition, the Serendipity artist’s popularity has climbed by 7.15% since January, when his brand reputation score was 5,713,172.

EXO Baekhyun finished third. During the last month, Baekhyun’s popularity has skyrocketed. The idol’s brand reputation score soared by a stunning 131.07% in February, from 1297157.58 in January to 4,174,952. Kang Daniel of Wanna One remained at number four with a brand reputation score of 4,102,572. Lastly, the Golden Maknae of K-Pop, BTS’ Jungkook, rounded out the top five. The brand reputation index for Jungkook was 3,753,544.
