Ashley Force Hood, better known as Ashley Force, was born on November 29, 1982, in Yorba Linda, California, USA. She is currently 41 years old and a citizen of the United States. She is also the daughter of John Force (father) and Laurie Force (mother). Her father, John, is a drag racer from the United States who competes in the NHRA.

He is a 16-time NHRA Funny Car champion driver as well as a one-time AHRA Funny Car champion owner. Force owns John Force Racing and also drives for them (JFR). In terms of siblings, she has two sisters named Courtney and Brittany, as well as an older half-sister named Adria.

Career

She began drag racing after graduating from high school. She won three of the season’s final five races as a Top Alcohol Dragster rookie in 2004, including the 50th annual Mac Tools U.S. Nationals in Indianapolis and the season-ending Automobile Club of Southern California event in Pomona. In 2007, she joined her father’s company, John Force Racing, and drove a Mustang Top Fuel Funny Car for her father’s team, which was sponsored by Castrol.

The father-daughter team, on the other hand, made NHRA history by racing against each other. Ashley stunned everyone by outrunning her father in 4.779 seconds at a top speed of 510.24 km/h. Following her victory, she advanced to the semi-finals, and in October 2007, she became the first female to reach the national series TF/FC final round at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
