Anabel Gutierrez, a Mexican actress, died on August 21 at the age of 90. Her nephew, Jose Luis Arevalo, announced the news on Twitter, writing,
“My dear aunt Anabel Gutierrez died away late Sunday night, six hours after saying farewell and receiving her blessing.” RIP… I’ll never forget you!”
Gutierrez rose to prominence in the sketch comedy program Chespirito as Chimoltrufia’s mother, Dona Espotaverderona. Anabel’s cause of death is unclear, and no more information about her funeral has been released.

Born on September 5, 1931, specific information regarding Anabel Gutierrez’s educational history remains unclear. In 1949, she was an extra in two films: El Diablo no es Tan Diablo and La Liga de las Muchachas. She was eventually awarded prominent parts in other films that began with the 1951 Mexican drama picture, Deseada. Dolores del Rio, Jorge Mistral, Jose Baviera, Arturo Soto Rangel, Enriqueta Reza, Hector Herrera, Wibeut Puerta, Don Chinto, Rosario Gutierrez, E.
