Chenoweth and Bryant have both expressed their love for one another. Many people have speculated whether the two had married because of how in love they seemed. Chenoweth and Bryant, on the other hand, have not yet married. However, the two have become engaged. Bryant proposed to Chenoweth on the rooftop of the Rainbow Room in New York City on October 27, 2021. He and his companion had spent the day in New York City enjoying various things before he proposed.
Chenoweth revealed her enthusiasm about their approaching marriage in an interview with Vogue about the proposal. “I’ve been a runaway bride,” she said. “Now that I’ve discovered him, I’m not going to let him go.” I’ll rush to the altar to welcome him.” Bryant had similar sentiments. “‘Yes,’ responded my closest friend and soulmate! Kristin is my entire world, and I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with her!”

Chenoweth and Bryant first met at her niece’s wedding in 2016. He was a member of the band Backroad Anthem, performing at the wedding. They met again two years later, in 2018, when the band performed at Chenoweth’s nephew’s wedding. In August 2018, the two began dating shortly after their second meeting. After seven weeks together, Chenoweth later revealed that she was initially concerned about how their relationship would fare in quarantine. “I think I had a crying moment,” she admitted to Us Weekly. “And I asked, ‘Are you going to?'” Are you going to end your relationship with me? Because, you know, we were together 24 hours a day, seven days a week.” She went on to say that he reassured her by just holding her hands. She also said that the lockdown had aided their relationship by allowing them to get closer.

“We were there for one another.” “That’s essentially what it comes down to,” Chenoweth said. Months later, the actress from Pushing Daisies referred to Bryant as her “rock.” She told him about her losses and how he had been with her the whole while. “I lost one of my closest friends, and he’s [Bryant] been there for me and held my hand through it,” she said. Chenoweth also noted that he served as her tech support throughout the lockdown, assisting her in filming videos and tracking her phone.
Chenoweth claims she can’t cook, but it has helped their relationship. On the other hand, Bryant enjoys cooking and preparing meals throughout the lockdown. In a June 2019 interview with Us Weekly, she said she wasn’t sure whether she wanted to marry. She said that all she wanted from Bryant was the commitment, which she already had.
