Alex decided to enter the University of Toronto’s Criminology program after his basketball career was cut short due to an injury in his senior year of high school. Alex has also been in “Robocop,” “Remedy,” “Debug,” “Beauty and the Beast,” and a slew of other TV episodes and films. He is well known for his part on “Dark Matter” as “Four,” (Ryo Tetsuda/Ryo Ishida), in which he displayed his incredible martial arts talents. Alex then went on to play Matty Tan in the American judicial drama Conviction. The film was released in 2016. Insomnia, his most recent film, in which he plays the character Ken, was released in 2016.
