The announcement comes after creator Lorne Michaels announced that 2022 will be a year of transition for the program. There is a chance that all four actors may say their last goodbyes in the forthcoming program, which will be hosted by Natasha Lyonne. Davidson’s last comedy before the finale was a pre-recorded musical performance called Short-Ass Movie, in which he performed alongside rapper Gunna and actors Simon Rex and Chris Redd. He has been primarily missing from the most recent season, although he has featured in a few episodes since he is shooting other projects and has a high-profile relationship with Kim Kardashian. McKinnon first appeared on the program in 2012, and she was elevated to repertory player in 2013. She went on to become one of the show’s other major breakthrough stars, winning two Emmys for her performance.
McKinnon’s departure has been widely publicized on the internet in recent years, although she has continued to appear on the program. She debuted on the program as Nicole Wallace only a few weeks ago. She just took a break to shoot the Peacock series, Joe vs. Carole. Kyle Mooney debuted on Saturday Night Live in 2013 and portrayed Johnny Depp on the most recent episode. At the conclusion of Season 41, she was elevated to repertory player.
