Addison Rae, a TikTok star, has revealed her subsequent cinematic involvement in Paramount’s forthcoming film Fashionista. The Instagram post has received over 250,000 likes in less than nine hours. Jennifer Gibgot and Andrew Panay, who also produced her last film, He’s All That, are building this one. Rae is also said to have inked a multi-movie deal with Netflix, with He’s All That serving as her debut collaboration with the streaming service.

The screenplay for the film was written by Laura Terruso, who based it on a draft by Amy Andelson and Emily Meyer, according to the Deadline article cited by Rae. Ashley Brucks will also serve as the studio’s spokeswoman. Following the success of her last picture, multiple studios were vying for Rae, who said that Fashionista was precisely the kind of film she wanted to work on. The project does not currently have a director but aims to hire one within the next week. At the time, no other names from the Rae-led caste have emerged.
