Suchi Purja is a devoted wife who has been patient with her husband’s climbing endeavors. She is a proud woman since her husband, Nirmal Purja, climbed 14 peaks over 8,000 meters in six months. In August 2019, Nims and Suchi appeared on the Kay Burley Show, where she claimed she tried not to worry about her beau’s perilous trips.
When she didn’t hear from her husband, she assumed everything was great since she felt that no news meant good news. Mrs. Purja has actively participated in his climbing by assisting him in the background and completing administrative tasks. She has been in charge of Nirmal’s two businesses.

Nirmal founded his firm, Nims Dai Ltd, on January 13, 2020, to provide climbers the unique opportunity to work with one of the most innovative mountaineers of his age. Suchi is one of the organization’s directors and is in charge of it. Similarly, they connect mountaineers with business clientele. She is also a partner in Mountain Philanthropy Limited, which was founded in December 2020 in partnership with Paul Vincent Maher and Juliet Silvester. She also works as a director there.
