As a senior at North Canton, Owen earned first-team All-Ohio and first-team all-Stark County district accolades. Owen, who is 6’3, plays infield. Owen started four out of nine games in his rookie season in 2022.
His first four starts were as a designated hitter. After the year, Owen was chosen to the 2022 Big 12 Academic All-Rookie Team. Owen played in five games and had a.250 batting average his sophomore year.
