Ryan and His Family’s Lawsuit
Ryan selected his family over experts to manage and run his firm, RJH Enterprise, on his father’s recommendation. His father, Ron, was the business manager, and his mother, Cheryl, was the chief financial officer. Similarly, his two brothers, Chris and Corey, served as General Counsel and Personal Assistant, respectively. But it wasn’t long before they abused their positions and defrauded Ryan.
Ryan advocated excluding his family members from his funds after detecting such a defamatory deed. His parents reportedly replied by demanding $5 million apiece. His brother, on the other hand, first sued Ryan for more than $2.7 million for breaking their agreement. In January 2014, Ryan countersued him and his parents for fraud and mishandling of his finances.
He stated that his mother had allowed RJH to pay approximately $2.8 million to family members, which he was unaware of. Ryan ultimately resolved the unpleasant legal issue in November 2014, after the complaint was filed in federal court in Missouri.
