By writing the screenplay for the film “Gutless Wonders.” They shot a couple of scenes for the film, but it was never finished. They made a 25-minute film parody of the tragedy Oedipus the King in high school. Rhett played Oedipus, and Link was his father’s servant. In addition, they formed the band “Wax Paper Dogz.” Until Rhett learned to play the guitar, they were both lead singers.

Link began working for International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) shortly after graduation, where he had been a co-op student during his junior and senior years of college.
