Career
Tom Kilbey began playing football with Millwall at the age of 15. At the age of 16, he made his first-team debut in the Football League Trophy against Swansea City in September 2007. The next year, he signed a deal with Portsmouth for an unknown price, beginning in the academy before progressing to the reserve squad.
He joined Dagenham & Redbridge on loan for a month before signing a one-year contract extension with Portsmouth in 2009. Kilbey departed the club in May 2011 after being advised that his contract would not be extended. He also played for Lincoln City, to whom he was loaned on March 24, 2011.
