Danielle Olivera and her cook partner Robert Sieber have ended their two-and-a-half-year relationship. In an interview with E!, the former revealed that they split up in November and have “no resentment” towards each other, adding that it was challenging for her to date someone who had to travel a lot for his work. The two still have pictures of each other on their Instagram feeds. Chef Robert Sieber, 33, is from Cincinnati, Ohio. He is the chef de cuisine at The Snow Lodge, a new eatery at the St. Regis Aspen Ranch.
Robert Sieber, Danielle Olivera’s ex-boyfriend, has also worked with famous cook David Cook.
Robert Sieber was last seen on Summer House in the episode Creep Me Maybe in 2021. He owns an Aspen eatery but resides in Montauk due to his job at The Snow Lodge. Currently, he divides his time between New York and Aspen. Sieber used to work at the Breakers Montauk’s All Day Café and Lounge. The chef, who began actively pursuing his interest late in life, has even prepared alongside famous chef David Cook, who taught him a lot about Asian cuisine and influenced him. Jacob, Matthew, Michael, and Steven Sieber are his four siblings. Robert Sieber’s school history is currently unclear.

“It stinks because there’s no hostility,” Danielle Olivera says of her and Robert Sieber’s relationship timeline after their break.
Danielle Olivera apparently turned down Robert Sieber when he slipped into her DMs in July 2020. She finally met him in person three weeks later, before shooting Pandemic House. The reality personality originally refused to date him because “a lot was going on” in her life, but Sieber persisted. Olivera relocated to Charleston to be with Sieber after courting for a while, but due to the latter’s job obligation, had to relocate to New York. In an interview in July 2022, she stated about her relationship:
“We have such a strong equilibrium that it never feels public — because if it does, you might do things in the relationship that aren’t true to the relationship.”
Olivera was last seen with Sieber at BravoCon in October 2022. In a recent chat with E!, Danielle stated:
“It simply wasn’t working. It stinks because there is no hostility. It’s just unfortunate that we couldn’t work it out.”
Despite their separation, Danielle Olivera claimed that Sieber is a wonderful guy who she admires and respects. The Summer House performer, on the other hand, was “unhappy” in her partnership because they were unable to handle their jobs, which was not an issue during the COVID-19 epidemic. She went on to say:
“I really enjoyed spending a lot of time with him, and he’s a cook, and dating a chef, in general, is tough, but dating a chef who travels for his work is exhausting. And I’m not the simplest to deal with either. Because I have high expectations, those two things simply did not work out.”
After the breakup, the reality personality revealed that she is relying on her Summer House co-stars and pals Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke. In the conversation, she complimented them, saying:
“Even with the Robert situation, they have always come through for me. It’s a lot, and it really put to the proof how I felt about each of them, and now I know there are bonds there.”
Robert Sieber has unfollowed Danielle Olivera on Instagram, but the latter continues to follow him.
