Season nine of The Masked Singer
Season nine of The Masked Singer is hosted by Nick Cannon. In addition to Jenny McCarthy, Robin Thicke, Ken Jeong, and Nicole Scherzinger, Damar Hamlin, and Jennifer Nettles may participate as guest judges for the season. Season nine of The Masked Singer will follow the same concept as the previous season, with all participants split into three teams. Initially, the teams will participate in a singing competition until only one vocalist survives at the conclusion of the show. This individual will be crowned king/queen. The identity of the candidate is disclosed only after they have been eliminated.
Later on, the assigned team’s final king/queen will compete against the other two final contestants. The new season will also have the “Ding Dong Keep It On” Bell advancement feature, which allows the judges panel to rescue a singer from elimination once each team. Every Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET, new episodes of The Masked Singer season nine will premiere on Fox. One day following the broadcast debut, fans will be able to watch the program on Hulu and the network’s website.
