Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles returns to Bravo on Thursday, December 8, at 9 p.m. ET. Million Dollar Listing has spawned other spinoffs in locations such as Los Angeles and New York throughout the years. However, several of the show’s original cast members will not be returning for the forthcoming season of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles. In a joint statement, real estate gurus James Harris and David Barnes announced their resignation from the program on Instagram in April.
The team left Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles “after 7 great seasons spanning over 9 years,” citing the need to “continue to concentrate on their business collaboration.” James Harris and David Barnes joined the series in season 7, with Fredrik Eklund, Josh Flagg, Tracy Tutor, and Josh Altman.

Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles’ James Harris and David Barnes quit concentrating on their company.
Season 7 saw the introduction of James Harris and David Barnes to the reality show. As members of The Agency, they were shown making multimillion-dollar real estate transactions on the program. In addition to discussing their work lives, the couple also discussed their personal lives. James displayed his family life at home, which included his wife Valeria and children Sofia and Chloe. When David revealed his path to marrying his wife, Adrian, and the birth of their daughter, India Rose, in 2018.
James and David began their careers as agents with The Agency, which was founded in 2011 by Mauricio Umansky. The Agency is a full-service premium real estate and leisure firm. It focuses on a variety of real estate classifications, such as new projects, resort real estate, and residential real estate, among others. Since its debut in 2011, The Agency has established itself as the most excellent real estate firm in Los Angeles. Approximately thirteen of the firm’s representatives were named among the top 250 realtors in the United States.
Because of the connection between Mauricio Umansky and his wife Kyle Richards, The Agency has been featured in multiple episodes of RHOBH (Real Housewives of Beverly Hills). At Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, James and David had a successful run. Because of their business and negotiating talents, the pair was a popular favorite. However, the couple quit the program to pursue other opportunities. Even realtor Fredrik Eklund, who announced his departure from the program on social media in January, will no longer be a part of it. He chose to leave the program after 11 years to begin the next chapter of his life.
