On August 29, the F9 actor appeared in court for the divorce case, speaking about the issues that would settle his divorce from Samantha. According to court filings, Gibson refuses to pay spousal support and wants to retain his 2016 Range Rover. Samantha, on the other hand, may have the 2017 Land Rover Discovery. Gibson seeks physical and legal custody of their daughter, Soraya, as well as the final decision on non-medical crises for Soraya.
