Kayla Cardona And Alexandra Rose Got Into A Fight During The Party In “Selling The OC”

On August 24, 2022, at 3 a.m. ET, Netflix published eight binge-worthy episodes of Selling the OC. The series is a spin-off of the Selling Sunset franchise, which follows the business and personal lives of the Oppenheim Group and its realtors. Jason and Brett Oppenheim, twins, have extended their real estate firm to Orange County, and their new cast line-up now includes even more brilliant real estate salespeople. Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helou, Kayla Cardona, Lauren Brito, Polly Brindle, Sean Palmieri, and Tyler Stanaland are among those featured.

Even though they work in the same office, some “office cliques” and “office politics” have caused a lot of drama in the series. Kayla and Alexandra Rose got into an altercation during the official opening party in the first episode of Selling The OC. While the two were initially on friendly terms, various difficulties between them led to a major quarrel at the conclusion of the episode. Check out the episode to see what happened between the two.

What Happened between Kayla and Alexandra Rose On Selling the OC Episode 1?

The cast members of Selling the OC explored dynamics and damaged personal and professional connections during Alex Hall’s pizza party. They spoke about Alexandra Rose and Alexandra Jarvis’ friendship and agreed that they gave out a “strange vibe when they come in.” This is when Kayla took advantage of the situation to confront Alexandra Rose and discuss their troubled relationship.

While Kayla was discussing how close they were in the beginning, the scene changed to Alexandra Rose discussing the same issue with Alexandra Jarvis. Rose mentioned that when she and Kayla were fresh to the business, they had a terrific time. She said, however, that the latter ended up buddying up with the rest of the females, which “gave out terrible feelings and bad energy.”

Rose went on to say that Kayla exploited her after she taught her all she knew. Meanwhile, Jarvis speculated that the other ladies were probably envious of the two women’s collaboration. Kayla, on the other hand, said that Rose had made disparaging remarks about the cast members, including her now-close friend and Selling the OC colleague Alexandra Jarvis. Kayla continued by calling Rose a “b***ch.” This is when Kayla decided to phone Jason Oppenheim and tell him to handle the Alexandra situation. What irritated her was the fact that Jason approached Rose. At the same time, Rose suspected that her coworkers had propagated stories about her sleeping with developers in order to gain more listings.

According to Alexandra Rose:

“They have no concept how I got to where I am. I’ve been in this industry for 3.5 years. When I originally began, I knocked on doors and cold phoned alone. I mean, I walked on the ground. They have no clue what residences I’ve sold or who my customers are, so the fact that they’re doing it is just because they’re f***ing envious.”

Meanwhile, Kayla and the other cast members resolved to confront Rose at the official opening party. Rose accused Alex and Polly of spreading the allegations and questioned Kayla about the problems the two were experiencing. While Alex denied everything, Rose was accused of lying to the other members of the Selling the OC cast.

Kayla and Rose both talked on a personal level, attempting to clear up their differences. While the former addressed the latter for disparaging the other cast members, Rose expressed disappointment that Kayla did not approach her directly. She said that Kayla might have approached her instead of asking Jason to handle the situation.

Although they had resolved the problem, they were not fully comfortable working together in the near future. The production team behind Selling Sunset and Selling Tampa developed Selling the OC. The show follows the lives of eleven real estate brokers as they discuss their experiences, including heartache, secrets, million-dollar houses, and enormous transactions.
