“Our hearts are shattered. There will never be another Paul Sorvino; he was my love and one of the finest actors to ever grace the cinema or stage.”
Sorvino died at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, according to Neal. Mira, one of Paul’s children, also paid homage to her father on social media, writing,
“My heart is shattered; a life of love, laughter, and insight with him is finished.” He was an incredible parent. I adore him to pieces. As you soar, I’m sending you to love in the heavens, Dad.”
Although Paul had some long-term health difficulties, it is uncertain whether these had a role in his death. His funeral arrangements are still being finalized.
