His father, Michael McCreery, works as an analyst for a manufacturing system, and his mother, Judy McCreery, owns an indoor tanning salon in addition to her job as a real estate agent for Fonville Morisey. Scotty has a single sister named Ashley McCreery. He grew up and was raised in his hometown.
