Dylan is reported to have stormed inside the house, smashed his head three times against the fridge while carrying his kid, and then began yelling and shouting at Jones and her mother, Dawn Kirk. Jones started recording him, but Mills confiscated her and Kirk’s phones.
The commotion got so loud that it aroused two neighbors, who contacted the authorities. When the authorities came, Mills informed them he was the aggressor, but subsequently disputed the claims in a police interview while presenting a prepared statement.
