He was a Division I baseball player at Lipscomb University, where he continues to post retro photos on social media. In reality, the musician relocated to Nashville from Pennsylvania to play baseball at his university. Matt has had a talent for baseball since he was a boy, but his love of music has gotten the best of him.
In addition to a sports-oriented background, Matt has a supportive family and friends with whom he spends a lot of time. His greatest source of motivation is his family’s support, which he values beyond everything else.
Fishing is one of the singer’s favorite pastimes, which he enjoys doing throughout his vacations. He also enjoys sitting around bonfires with his pals to unwind and savor the experience.
