On February 19, United States Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, full name Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, chastised Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson for his “booty call” statement on his broadcast, calling it “libelous harassment.” Tucker Carlson’s program includes a segment about The book ‘Take Up Space: The Unprecedented AOC,’ published by New York Magazine editor and author Lisa Miller, addressed by the presenter tonight, February 18. The presenter aimed at the legislator in one of his segments.
The book chronicles Ocasio-meteoric Cortez’s ascension in New York politics. It also includes a chapter about her childhood and her historic victory in 2018. In the footage, Ocasio-Cortez is seen building a coffee table in her apartment in a segment of a video she released online in 2018, adding pointedly, “I’m alone today.” She also said that she was weary.
It’s not within the realm of political commentary, & it’s not just me. He regularly targets people that do not have access to resources for protection. Once he gets to fantasizing about “booty calls” of women on national TV I cease to see the political value outside of incitement

“Is it just us, or does it seem like a booty call invitation? Perhaps one step up from ‘What are you wearing?’ In any case, it’s a bit weird. It’s undeniably oversharing, but according to the book, it’s the secret to Sandy Cortez’s success.”
In response to Tucker’s statements, AOC rushed to Twitter to say that the news anchor is simply making fun of individuals who don’t have the means to defend themselves. She also questioned why Carlson is allowed to “harass individuals” who must handle their security. AOC is referred to as “Sandy” by Carlson.
Reactions on Twitter to AOC and Tucker Carlson’s statements
Carlson was criticized on Twitter minutes after the episode aired, with people siding with the congresswoman. Some Twitter users, however, backed Tucker Carlson’s views while knocking AOC.
Tucker Carlson also referred to AOC as an “entitled white woman.”
Carlson took issue with the book’s writers’ assertion that she lived “completely out loud while female,” questioning if this was a transgender thing before claiming that “no one has done more personally to destroy American women.” in a segment on his program, Carlson referred to Ocasio-Cortez as a “wealthy, entitled white woman,” claiming that despite her “shade,” she was “white.” In another tweet, the lawmaker called Carlson a “stalker” for claiming she was not a woman of color.
He branded Ocasio-Cortez “stupid” and indicated it was “absurd” that the Hispanic congressman considered herself a person of color after displaying a video of her applying cosmetics and describing her struggles in being taken seriously as a young woman of color.

“Outside of American campuses and newsrooms, Sandy Cortez would not be recognized as a ‘woman of color,’ because she is not! She is a wealthy, entitled white woman.”
Carlson described Ocasio-Cortez as a “pampered, arrogant ski bunny” who would urge people to put up her mask while waiting in a lift queue.
“It doesn’t matter what color they are; they’re all the same.”
Ocasio-Cortez labeled him a “p*ndejo” on Twitter after sharing a video from his segment, alluding to the Spanish phrase for “a*shole” or “idiot.” AOC The most OK thing you’ll see on the internet today is someone attempting to emulate Corpse Husband’s voice and failing.
Her father is from the Bronx, while her mother is from Puerto Rico. She defines herself as a lady of color on her terms.
